What is your return policy? 

• ​Returns for full refund of purchase price of ready-to-ship items are always accepted within 15 days of your purchase. Items should be in new, unused condition, packed and shipped appropriately (please use a trackable shipping method). If I messed up, I'm happy to refund your shipping cost as well as the original purchase price. Tell me what went wrong (and what went right!).

• Custom items (made to your specifications) are not returnable. Exceptions exist--if there is an error on my part, I will always make it right. In such a case I reserve the right to alter or replace the item, at my discretion.
